What counts as 1 credit?
One credit covers one full deal underwriting — credit analysis, environmental, appraisal, comps, valuation, and the deal package. Re-running or editing the same deal is always free.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them.
What if I need to fix a typo on a deal?
Edit freely — typo fixes (wrong zip code, off-by-one street number) re-run the analysis at no cost. Switching to a completely different property does require a new deal (1 credit).
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, cancel anytime. You keep access through the end of your billing period. Any pay-as-you-go credits in your balance remain valid.
Does the lender marketplace cost extra?
No. Once a deal is underwritten, you can submit it to lenders for offers at no additional cost.
