Deal Package

The Deal Package is the financing memorandum Trestle auto-generates for every underwritten deal — typically 30+ pages including property details, tenant credit, lease analysis, comps, valuation, environmental, title, and supporting analytics.

Generating one

• Open any deal that has completed the pipeline
• Click Deal Package in the top action bar
• Use the Save as PDF button (or browser print → Save as PDF)
• In the print dialog, uncheck "Headers and footers" and check "Background graphics" for clean output

The three toggles

At the top of the deal package page:

1. Save as PDF

Triggers your browser's print dialog set to PDF mode.

2. Presentation Mode (default ON for brokers)

Hides internal scoring details from the package:

• Composite scores ("X/10")
• Risk scores
• Recommendation badges (Approved / Conditional / etc.)
• Recommendation reasoning narratives
• Score breakdown tables

Use this when sending the package to a buyer/client. Turn it OFF if you want the analytical view for yourself.

3. Broker Package (default ON for brokers)

Hides lender-only sections:

• Sources & Uses
• Suggested Financing Parameters
• Borrower / Sponsor Profile
• Peer Comparison
• Stress Test Scenarios
• Bankruptcy Risk Assessment
• Risk Factors & Score Breakdown

Renames "Underwriting Summary/Detail" → "Investment Analysis Summary/Detail" so the framing is property-focused, not lender-focused.

Branding

The package shows your logo + organization name on the cover ("Prepared By" block) and a small logo next to the Trestle wordmark on every page header.

Set your logo and org name in the Profile page. It applies to every package you generate going forward.

Editing comps before generating

Want to add a comp, exclude an outlier, add notes to a comp, or apply a radius filter? Do it on the Appraisal page first — those changes flow through to the deal package automatically.

Multiple downloads

Generate as many PDFs as you want — no extra cost. Iterate on it.
