How credits work

  • 1 credit = 1 deal underwriting (the full pipeline, deal package, everything)
  • Credits are deducted at deal CREATION — when you click Submit Deal
  • Re-runs and edits are FREE — fix typos, change comps, re-run the pipeline as many times as you want at no cost
  • Credits never expire — they stay in your balance until used

Out of credits

If you try to submit a deal without credits or an active subscription, you'll be redirected to the Pricing page to top up.

Comp Tracker & credits

The Comp Tracker is free as long as you have ≥1 credit OR an active subscription. If your balance hits 0 and you don't have a sub, the Comp Tracker locks until you buy more.

Anti-gaming on edits

You can edit any deal freely — typo fixes (wrong zip code, off-by-one street number, wrong tenant name typo) all pass through without charging another credit.

But if you change the property to a completely different building (different state, city change, OR different street + different tenant), the system blocks the edit and asks you to create a new deal (1 credit). This keeps the per-deal pricing fair.

Refunds

Email support@trestlecre.com for refund requests. Most issues — wrong data extracted, deal couldn't complete, etc. — are fixable through re-runs/edits at no cost. If the platform genuinely failed you on a deal, we'll credit your account.

Cancelling a subscription

Email support@trestlecre.com to cancel. You keep access through your billing period; any pay-as-you-go credits in your balance remain valid forever.
